About Billing Bluebird, LLC

 “Billing Bluebird, LLC was founded by Justin Bower, a lifelong learner with a passion for helping others succeed. Justin earned his B.S. in Biology from Radford University and an M.S. in Applied Ecology and Conservation Biology from Frostburg State University. His early career was spent in the field, studying wildlife—searching for endangered bats, monitoring frog and bird populations, and analyzing stress levels in songbirds. Though his roots began in ecology, life took him on an unexpected and fulfilling new path.

Transitioning from the wild outdoors to the world of healthcare, Justin spent nearly a decade working as a Billing Specialist for an Electronic Health Record company. There, he trained and supported mental health providers in managing their electronic billing and claims processes—helping them streamline their operations and reduce financial stress. In 2023, inspired by the encouragement of the very providers he helped, Justin founded Billing Bluebird, LLC to continue providing dependable, personalized billing services.

Today, Billing Bluebird helps healthcare providers focus on what they do best—caring for their clients—while ensuring their billing, claims, and cash flow are handled efficiently and accurately. Justin’s scientific attention to detail and dedication to helping others have shaped Billing Bluebird into a company built on trust, clarity, and care.”
